Biography

Jeremy Philip Hunt practices in the areas of employment-based immigration and family-based immigration. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007 and he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 2004. He is admitted to the California State Bar.

Mr. Hunt joined the Law Offices of Jan Joseph Bejar in 2007. He specializes in non-immigrant visas, including treaty investor (E-2), treaty trader (E-1), H-1B, L, TN, P, R, B-1/B-2, and K (fiancé(e)). He has successfully assisted clients in need of an INA Section 212(d)(3)(A) waiver of inadmissibility in obtaining the waiver in conjunction with their visa applications. He also handles I-140 employment-based petitions and I-130 family-based petitions and related matters, including adjustment of status, consular processing, and ultimately naturalization. He has represented clients who have lost their U.S. citizenship and helped them to recover it.

Mr. Hunt was raised on a farm in Washington State and moved to Hawaii as an adolescent, where he experienced a diverse culture with immigrants from all over the world. He later lived in Peru for two years performing voluntary service.
