Resolving Immigration ProblemsIn An Honest & Responsible Manner

Know the requirements for family-based immigration petitions

Keeping your family together might be a priority for you. Family-based immigration is one option that you have to make this happen, but you have to be sure to handle it properly. There are many considerations that you must think about if you are going to try to bring your loved ones into the United States with you. We are here to help you work through the “red tape” so that you can move forward with your plan.

One important thing to remember is that this process likely won’t be speedy. It is likely going to involve a wait, so you should be prepared to wait on the approval before you take any action. You can ensure that it is done as quickly as possible by filling out all forms in their entirety. You must also be honest on all the forms.

You need to be sure that you know what type of petition to file when you embark upon the process. Once you explain your situation to our office, we can let you know what plan you can follow. This includes showing that you can support the immigrant once they come into the country. It is important that you don’t omit anything from the petition.

Taking the time to review the requirements for family-based petitions might help you understand what you need to do. It is better to do this now rather than later. It is often difficult to appeal a decision that wasn’t made in your favor. Remember, our office is here to support you during this process. You can count on us each step of the way.
